Important news from Rublev bar - Completed 31.12.2021

In accordance with the Decrees of the Governor of the Pskov region No. 177-UG dated 26.11.2021. and No. 189-UG dated 08.12.2021. visiting by adult citizens the Rublev bar (including banquets, weddings, corporate events, etc.) is possible upon presentation of one of the following documents (including in electronic form):

a. a document confirming the passage of vaccination against COVID-19 with two components of a two-component vaccine or a one-component vaccine;

b. a document containing information about the transferred COVID-19 disease during the 12 months preceding the day of the visit / event;

Adult citizens who have medical contraindications for vaccination against COVID-19 must simultaneously present 2 documents: a medical document confirming the existence of contraindications for vaccination (certified by the attending physician and the head (deputy head) of the medical organization that issued it), and a document (including h. in electronic form), confirming a negative laboratory test result for the presence of COVID-19 by PCR, the validity of which is 48 hours from the time of the result of such a study.

Each participant of the event (banquet, wedding, corporate party, etc.) providing services during the event (presenters, animators, etc.) must have a document confirming the passage of vaccination against COVID-19 with two components of a two-component vaccine or one-component vaccine vaccine.
