Summer menu of Santa Claus - Completed 14.06.2021





Gastronomic tourism is a bright, promising travel destination that allows you to look at the region through the prism of the peculiarities of local cuisine.

Gastronomic tourism is no stranger to Santa Claus from Veliky Ustyug, who came to our city to invite Pskov people to the XI Russian Hanseatic Days. Well, the best place to get acquainted with regional cuisine is the Rublev bar, which is the home location of region 60 of the federal project “Gastronomic Map of Russia”. It is our chef Andrei Lebedev who introduces residents and guests of the city to the flavor of Pskov food.

On the summer table of Santa Claus were served okroshka on kvass with smelt, fried smelt, Pskov kokors with Chukhonsky butter, natural pike perch, raspberry jelly and apples baked with honey. Santa Claus was impressed!

Not without talking with an interesting interlocutor - Maria Bulatova, coordinator of the Baltic Sea Food project. We exchanged experiences, plunged into the history of local cuisine, discussed the peculiarities of Pskov food, its return to our kitchen, the New Year's table of the Pskovites.

We hope that Santa Claus will remember the taste of local specialties for a long time and will come back to us more than once!

By the way, all the treats that were treated to Santa Claus are available for order in the menu of our bar and we will be glad if you come to us to try them.
